Description
The Continuous Premix System CPS with an integrated water deaeration system is a modular, fully automatic system for highly accurate and continuous blending and carbonation of beverages.
The system enables without the necessity of any mechanical adaptation the production of a wide range of different products, like sparkling water, softdrinks, diet-drinks, beer, fruit juice, carbonated wine, varies mixed drinks, etc.. High accuracy for the quality parameter Brix, diet and CO2 are provided at any time, due to there redundant measurement by on-line sensors.
The system works very efficient due to nearly no loss of product during start-up or at the end of production. Very low running costs are achieved due to low consumption of energy and CO2 and low demand for service.

The Continuous Premix System CPS with integrated water deaeration system enables highly accurate and continuous blending and carbonation of beverages due to the combination of redundant on-line sensors and an intelligent control system. It is possible to produce a wide range of different beverages, which recipes are stored in the PLC, without the necessity of any mechanical adaptation. The system guarantees blending and carbonation within very tight specification limits and a minimum of product loss.The integrated highly efficient deaeration system based on membrane contactors is one reason for the very low energy and CO2 consumption of the whole system.Furthermore, an optional remote access service kit allows a Centec technician, located in Frankfurt, to update and maintain the software at any time.
