Description

The Flash Pasteuriser is a modular and fully automatic system for pasteurising beer, softdrinks and other carbonated products.
The System is able to cope with variations in flow for example in front of a filler and offers highly accurate control of the pasteurisation parameters. Heating and cooling is performed by plate heat exchanger. The plates are designed for maximum heat transfer and low pressure drop. Advantages for the operator are maintenance free, full automatic operation and the small foot print.

The Flash Pasteuriser is a fully automatic system to pasteurise beer, softdrinks and other carbonated products. The system is sanitary designed and provides an effective as well as gentle product treatment. The energy consumption is low due to the used 3 sections plate heat exchanger. A 4-way mixproof valve enables a safe start up with only a very low loss of sterilised product. In the start up mode water runs in a loop through one section of the heat exchanger until sterile temperature is reached. After that the system switches to the normal production mode and the water is pushed out by product.The capacity of the system is automatically adjusted according to the flow rate. By utilising a buffer tank after the FPS system as an option, it is possible to install the system directly in front of the filler.An optional remote access service kit allows software updating and trouble shooting within a few hours.
